What is a Life Coach?
A life coach does not give you advice. Instead, she asks the right questions to spark the development of your own awareness. A life coach helps you "try on" new perspectives and experiment with new strategies for handling challenges and stepping into your fullest potential. A life coach knows that you are creative, resourceful and whole and only YOU have your own answers.
A life coach works with highly motivated and functional aduts. The format is modern-- you have weekly 30 min. - 1 hour phone or in-person sessions. You get short "homework" assignments that make you think and act toward your goals between sessions. You-- the client-- control the agenda for each session. Your coach gives his fullest honesty and holds you accountable to the goals and vision you set for yourself.
