How Will Our Visits Be Structured?  
Typically, we speak to clients over the phone once a week, 2-4 times a month for 45 minutes per session. Why over the phone? One of the keys to self-development is regular, consistent attention to your progress-- this means finding a structure that will fit your schedule over the medium to long term. You will be amazed how connected we can be over the phone and the convenience of this structure will allow you to spend more time on your self-development and less time commuting... plus you can continue your self-development while on vacation or traveling for work! We have had regular clients in New York, Hawaii and California. If you prefer to meet in person, Stephanie and Julia have home-offices in University Heights (San Diego, CA) and San Leandro, CA respectively.

Sliding Scale, Bartering and Referrals 

Sliding scale-- Please let me know if the rates are unaccessible to you and we can discuss a sliding scale rate. 

Bartering-- I am open to trading my services for the gifts YOU bring to the world! In particular, I am open to trading for the following: prepared food, dance/yoga classes, writing lessons, acupuncture, dental work and massage therapy..  

Referrals by clients-- I offer one free coaching session as a gift for all successful referrals (ie. those who purchase at least one month of coaching services). 

Making Payments  
You can choose to pay by cash, check or via Paypal (incl. credit card) on a monthly basis.  Payments are due at the beginning of the month before (or at) your first session. If you pay by Paypal, you can use the "Make a Payment" link on this website. Rates are subject to change.  There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. 

Late calls  
Approximately 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment, I will call you.  If I don't hear from you within 15 minutes after our scheduled visit, I will assume that our session has been cancelled (see below).  

Cancellations 
I require 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments.  Sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
